Welcome to Storybook Dads

Every year in the UK, over 160,000 children suffer the trauma of  parental imprisonment. We help to maintain the vital emotional bond between parent and child by enabling parents to record bedtime stories onto CD and DVD. Prisoners who maintain contact with their families are up to 6 times less likely to re-offend.

Storybook Dads helps maintain the vital bond between parent and child by enabling parents to make story CDs/DVDs and educational gifts for their children.

In April some of the SBD team took part in a sponsored ‘Jailbreak’. We raised over £1000 for Storybook Dads and another local children’s charity. Here’s a film of our adventures!
